A. y² - 64 (this is the difference of two perfect squares)

Now, what is the square root of y²? it is y; the square root of 64 is 8
So the final answer would be ( y – 8) ( y + 8)
B. 25x² - 4y² (Difference of two perfect squares)
ANSWER: ( 5x + 2y) (5x – 2y)
